Remi Powell

Remi is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where she earned her

bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro ,

with her Master’s degree in Gerontology. She has worked her entire life helping the

older population. She volunteers her time with Piedmont Triad Regional Council and The Shepard’s

Center. Golden Age was created out of a need for respite services throughout the community.
